Sandium’s organic traffic had dropped from ~4,500 monthly visitors to just 800. The issue? A developer had changed the URL structure without setting up redirects, causing a major loss in search visibility. The site was also outdated and lacked focused content for local services.

We acted quickly to restore the damage—auditing the site, implementing redirects, and recovering most of the lost traffic. From there, we redesigned and rebuilt the site in Webflow and launched a short-term SEO campaign.

Over 3 months, we built out key service pages, added helpful blog content, and cleaned up the site structure. While the client ended the campaign early, our work continued to gain traction. A few months later, their site climbed past 9,000 organic visitors/month—a strong recovery from where it started.
